College ready.
TSI exams as follows:
April 16 - passed the writing with essay
April 20 - passed math (non-algebraic pathway, which is what is needed for UNTs Geography degree)
June 6 - passed reading comprehension
Exam prep:
Writing - none specifically, but he spent this academic year enrolled in the writing/grammar class with Well Trained Mind Academy online.
Math - none specifically, but we'd like for him to get to the algebraic level so will continue doing geometry/algebra two and prepare for CLEP College Algebra (maybe next year).
Reading - first time he took it, he didn't pass. However there is a detailed print-out of deficits and what-not which provided guidance for focused study. I decided to use Reading Detective (the most senior version for high-school test prep) and used Power-homeschool (again, high-school test prep) to get him ready. Studied for about a month, retook it and passed.
